A coffee cart for your wedding on the French Riviera: the guide
The idea for the Full Bloom coffee cart was born… while planning a wedding. Ours. Looking for a coffee bar for the big day, we realised it was almost impossible to find, at an event, the same quality you get in a coffee shop. So we decided to bring it ourselves.
Why a coffee cart at a wedding?
- A moment to share. The coffee bar becomes a meeting point where guests cross paths and chat.
- Something for everyone. Guests who don't drink alcohol, the youngest, the grandparents: everyone finds their drink.
- A well-timed boost. Nothing beats an espresso after dinner to kick off the dancing.
- A personal touch. A menu in your colours, a signature drink with your name: coffee becomes part of your décor.
The best moments to serve it
- As guests arrive, especially for a morning or early-afternoon ceremony.
- During the cocktail hour, as an alternative to cold drinks.
- With dessert, instead of coffee served at the table.
- At the next-day brunch, when everyone needs it most.
How many guests, how many baristas?
That's the key question. So nobody waits too long, the number of baristas has to follow the number of guests. That's why our packages are built like this:
- Standard — from €750: up to 50 guests, 2 hours of service, 1 barista, espresso, cappuccino and latte.
- Premium — from €1,200: 50 to 100 guests, 2 to 3 hours, 2 baristas, full menu with matcha and hot chocolate.
- Grand event — from €1,800: over 100 guests, 2 baristas and a server.
Every package includes plant milk, set-up, take-down, a personalised menu and travel up to 100 km from Nice.
Questions to ask yourself before booking
- The venue: indoors or outdoors? Is there a power socket near the planned spot?
- The timing: at what point in the day, and for how long?
- The style: signature drink, custom cups or visuals?
A wedding is a series of small moments. Coffee can be a beautiful one.
